Rapid clinical course of cerebral metastatic angiosarcoma from the heart.

We inform here one case of rapid as well as aggressive course of intelligent metastatic angiosarcoma from a heart. A 36-year-old man presented with 10-days history of headache. Magnetic inflection imaging demonstrated subacute hemorrhage with a tiny segment of enhancement in right parietal segment as well as a pathological diagnosis was angiosarcoma. Transthoracic echocardiography demonstrated 3.23 cm sized mass on right atrial wall. Newly developed lesion was reoperated, 3 as well as four weeks later respectively, as well as whole brain radiotherapy of sum thirty Gy was done.
