Treatment of metastatic kidney cancer has altered dramatically in a past years with a use of VEGF-targeted therapies as well as mTOR inhibitors. However, resistance occurs. We report here dual cases of patients who benefited, both on mildew control as well as side effects, from a addition of bevacizumab to temsirolimus, after progression on a mTOR inhibitor alone.
